After a decade of leading the market in remote diagnostics for 12V passenger vehicles, Jifeline Networks also brings its expertise to 24V vehicles. This advancement opens new possibilities for remote diagnostics, enabling seamless monitoring and maintenance for heavy-goods vehicles.

Our 24V solution enables our partners to perform remote diagnostics on a wide range of major truck brands, including MAN, Mercedes Trucks, DAF, IVECO Trucks, Volvo Trucks, and Renault Trucks. What's more, we are constantly adding new brands. Together, these brands cover the majority of the 24V truck market, providing direct access to most of the leading manufacturers.
Our 24V technology supports K-Line and CANBUS communication protocols, with DoIP currently in the testing phase. Services such as fault code read-out/reset, coding, and module calibration are fully supported, while programming features are available in beta and remain the user’s responsibility. This means that the majority of vehicles produced from 2013 onward can be serviced with our solution.
Both our J-ReX and J-TaB units are fully compatible with 24V systems, while 24V tickets can be worked-on in any of our existing operator portals. This ensures a smooth and efficient roll-out of 24V services.
To facilitate the requirements of certain OEM diagnostic tools, we offer a 24V version of our Local-1 and Local-4 housing.
