Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is Jifeline's own Remote Diagnostics helpdesk. Based in the Netherlands, they work with about 30 operators on more than 15,000 codes per month. These quantities give our operators a very comprehensive experience. Combined with our access to OEM tools from more than 60 brands, there is almost no coding/programming they can't do.

The focus of Jifeline Remote Diagnostics shifts to supporting the other Jifeline partners. This way, as a Jifeline partner, there is always a way to help your customer. Via your own diagnostic team, another Jifeline Networks Partner or via Jifeline Remote Diagnostics. And your customer doesn't notice a thing!
