The Jifeline Networks infrastructure is entirely API-based. This applies to:

  • The Jifeline customer portal where the garagist can request a service
  • The partner portal the remote experts work in
  • The administrative back-end for e.g. financial processing

This allows you to build a full integration with your digital shop, workplace management system, customer portal or ERP system.

Automatic invoicing

After the successful completion of a ticket, the customer details, details of the service, the agreed price, etc. are sent directly to your financial system so that you can create an invoice immediately.


Automatic pre- and post-scan reports for insurer

After calibrating an ADAS camera after replacing a windscreen, the pre- and post-scan reports, a confirmation of the actual calibration and the invoice are automatically collected and sent to the insurer.


Automatic recognition and start of programming

A garage owner buys a steering box from a wholesaler's webshop, sees that it needs to be taught in and immediately buys the coding for this. The moment he connects the Remote Diagnostic Interface to the car, this is recognised and the autopilot is taught in immediately.


Automatic availability check

A mechanic in a workshop wants to perform a module update using an on-premise diagnostic device, which fails because the vehicle is too new and the on-premise diagnostic device does not yet know it. The on-premise diagnostic device checks with the remote diagnostics department whether this operation is already remotely possible, and then offers it to the mechanic. Once this is confirmed, a ticket is automatically created at the remote diagnostics department, and the module is still updated.
