Jifeline is a young, fast-growing company shaking up the international automotive world with a unique, innovative technology that allows diagnostic technicians to remotely access vehicles via the internet. Dealerships and garages are relieved without the vehicle having to leave the workshop. In addition, Jifeline already has more than 100 partners worldwide providing the same service using the Jifeline infrastructure.
To best support our customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented:
What will you do?
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our national and international customers via phone, email and chat;
- You will support customers with questions about our network, dashboard and vehicle connections;
- You advise garages on what services are possible;
- You will manage various communication channels and ensure that our customers are served quickly and well;
- You will record all communication in our ticket and support systems, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up;
- You will help improve our processes and be proactive in sharing information with customers.
You enjoy helping people and communicating clearly. You work accurately and customer-oriented. An interest in cars is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. You enjoy working with colleagues and sharing information with customers.

What do you bring?
- You have experience in customer service or a service role;
- You are friendly, helpful and customer-oriented;
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English;
- Speaking or understanding German is a plus;
- You are organised, can switch gears well and work accurately;
- You have MBO-4 working and thinking level;
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.

- Salary depending on work experience between €2,600 and €3,500 gross per month based on full-time employment of 40 hours per week
