What will you do?
As our new commercial director, you will be the driver of growth.
- You translate the organisational strategy into concrete commercial plans, targets and KPIs - sales, pricing, forecasting are in your DNA.
- You will build a strong and ambitious commercial team, giving direction and inspiring them to be the best they can be.
- You will work closely with other key departments, such as operations, product development and marketing, to actually bring commercial plans to life.
- You recognise growth opportunities with existing customers and see new propositions that further strengthen our market position.
- You will maintain and deepen relationships with customers and partners, represent our organisation externally and anticipate market developments.
- As the CEO's strategic sparring partner, you will help think about the company's direction and contribute directly to Jifeline's future.
What do you bring?
- Extensive experience in a similar role (commercial director, senior sales or strategic commercial management), preferably within a growing or scale-up organisation.
- A proven track record in achieving growth, meeting commercial targets and increasing sales and margins.
- Leadership experience: you know how to build, guide and motivate a commercial team.
- Strategic and hands-on: you think analytically and sharply, but also like to roll up your sleeves yourself.
- You are visible, connecting and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders - smooth in form, hard on substance.
- Knowledge of the automotive market is a strong plus.
- Your command of Dutch and English is excellent; German is an advantage.
