What will you do?

As Partner Development Manager, you are the lynchpin in the contact with our (international) partner companies. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Support and Product Development.  
 
You understand the automotive and day-to-day business of our partners like no other. You guide partners during the onboarding process to get off to a flying start and maintain regular contact thereafter, translating their challenges into concrete solutions using our innovative techniques so that they can satisfy their customers even better and faster. In doing so, you consistently follow up on all agreements made.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drawing up and implementing the partner development plan and thereby achieving joint growth objectives
  • Project and process management including coordination between internal teams and partners
  • In cooperation with the sales managers, you maintain contact with international partners and ensure that agreements are recorded and followed up. You report on this both internally and to the partner
  • Holding strategic discussions with (international) partners about their processes and growth plans, advising on optimisations
  • Analysing partner data, dashboards & KPI trends to identify opportunities, risks or deviations that you translate into concrete actions
  • Function as the point of contact for complex issues, escalations and strategic problems including internal coordination to realise solutions
  • Organising knowledge sharing towards partners on developments, innovations and new products.
  • Assisting new partners from offer to onboarding and ensuring a smooth and successful start in the absence of our Back Office Coordinator.

What do you bring?

  • You have experience in a similar position, think sales support, account management and/or project management
  • Communicative, analytical and organisational strengths
  • You have HBO working and thinking level
  • You have an eye for commercial opportunities
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • Command of an additional language, such as German, French or Spanish a plus
  • You work in a structured way, take ownership and are a project management wizard
  • You are willing to travel several times a year to visit key partners.
