Car Lock Systems specialises in supplying car keys and car locks to automotive companies worldwide. Jifeline Networks develops and supplies innovative solutions for remote programming and coding of vehicle software.Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is a service provider engaged in vehicle software coding and programming via the Jifeline platform.
Within our organisations, we work with central departments that we collectively call the business office. One of these central departments is the Finance department. This department ensures that Finance activities for both companies are carried out in an efficient and structured manner.
This vacancy is for a position within the business office.This means that you will become part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to both Car Lock Systems and Jifeline. Within this team, colleagues work for one of the two companies, but we pull together to achieve the objectives of both companies.

What will you do?
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the financial records are in order.In this position, your focus will be on the Jifeline organisations.You will be involved in accounts receivable and accounts payable on a daily basis, for example processing outgoing and incoming invoices. You will prepare payments and collections. You handle e-mails in the financial inboxes, process bank statements and ensure the delivery of CBS data. You also assist in the preparation of various financial reports and help improve procedures. You answer questions from customers and suppliers about invoices and payments and you are jointly responsible for Jifeline's debtor management.
What do you bring?
As a financial officer, you are accurate and proactive in helping to improve processes. You have good communication skills, which you can use both orally and in writing when in contact with customers, suppliers or colleagues. Furthermore, you possess the following:
- You have completed an intermediate vocational course in financial administration
- You have at least 3 years of work experience
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, German is an advantage
