Thanks to Jifeline Networks, you can perform remote diagnostics yourself, with your own diagnostic specialists and in your own house style. In doing so, you use Jifeline's network and infrastructure. You can completely and quickly relieve your customers or affiliated companies of vehicle diagnostics.

2012

Establishment of Jifeline

In 2012, Jifeline was founded with the progressive vision of revolutionising the automotive industry in terms of remote diagnostics.

Rapid technological developments within the automotive industry created the need for a solution that allows garages to solve diagnostic, coding and programming problems remotely.

With a strong focus on innovation and technology, Jifeline developed a solid infrastructure and hardware that allows vehicle diagnostics to be performed without the vehicle having to leave the workshop.

Jifeline Remote Interface

The introduction of the "Jifeline Remote Interface" sets a new standard in the way vehicle diagnostics is performed in the automotive industry.

Through the Jifeline infrastructure, the Jifeline interface provides workshops with online access to diagnostic tools from car manufacturers and allows on-site vehicle technicians to collaborate directly with remote Jifeline diagnostic experts.

A flexible, cost-effective and efficient solution is born: a one-time hardware purchase of the Jifeline Interface is sufficient, and instead of paying for a full diagnostic tool subscription from each individual car manufacturer, the Jifeline user pays only for the services actually taken.

Automechanika 2016

Jifeline's presence at Automechanika 2016 in Frankfurt marks an important step in Jifeline's international exposure and further growth.

Jifeline decides to participate in Automechanika in 2016. This 2-yearly fair is one of the largest and most influential exhibitions for the automotive sector worldwide. It provides a platform for manufacturers, suppliers and service providers to showcase their latest products, technologies and services.

Jifeline's participation is generating a lot of international interest and positive reactions. The growing success and increasing demand from international parties and vehicle specialists to also be able to use this technique means that Jifeline will make its infrastructure available to partners.

2018

Establishment of Jifeline Networks

Official establishment of Jifeline Networks and exchange of expertise within the Partner Network.

Making the infrastructure available to partners leads to the official establishment of Jifeline Networks in June 2018 with the aim of providing clarity to both Jifeline's remote diagnostics customers, as well as partners who want to use the infrastructure. Jifeline Networks will be marketed as a brand in its own right, presenting itself internationally for the first time at Automechanika 2018 in Frankfurt.

Technical developments within Jifeline are happening at a rapid pace. Partners have the unique opportunity to outsource work to other Partners via their own Partner Portal, which promotes mutual cooperation and knowledge sharing. It enables each Partner to expand and improve their services without having to have all the necessary knowledge or resources in-house.

Partners can offer their specialisms while benefiting from the expertise of others. This allows all partners to better serve their customers and grow their business.

Introduction J-Rex

The J-ReX differs from the current Jifline interface by connecting via WiFi and is equipped with an Ethernet connection that can be used for a wired internet connection.

The previously required android app is no longer required and connection can be made via any type of device.

Moving to new location

In December 2023, Jifeline will move into new premises at Zweihaak 1 in Werkendam.

The move marks an important step in the company's growth and development. The new premises provide Jifeline with the necessary space and modern facilities to further expand its operations.

Introduction openOBD

In 2024, Jifeline will launch a new revolution in the world of remote diagnostics.

With openOBD, it is possible for Jifeline Networks partners to start developing scripts for automated services in their own.

This makes it possible to simplify complex repair and maintenance procedures to support your team of operators.
