• Monday, 25 May 2026 – Whit Monday
• Thursday, 24 December 2026 – Christmas Eve (closed from 3 p.m.)
• Friday, 25 December 2026 – Christmas Day
• Thursday, 31 December 2026 – New Year's Eve (closed from 15:00 CET)
• Thursday, 1 January 2027 - New Year's Day

Note: On these days, it is not possible to outsource tickets to Jifeline Remote Diagnostics. The services offered through automated functions can be implemented. Our Jifeline Networks Support Team for Jifeline Networks Partners will not be available on these days.
