- Monday 20 May 2024 > Whit Monday
- Wednesday 25 December 2024 > Christmas Day
- Thursday 26 December 2024 > Boxing Day
- Tuesday 31 December 2024 > New Year's Eve (closed from 15:00)
- Wednesday 1 January 2025 > New Year's Day

Note: No operators will be present on these days. Outsourcing tickets to Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is not possible on those days. However, services offered via automated functions can be implemented. Our Support Helpdesk for Jifeline Networks Partners is not available on these days.
