Become a partner
Becoming a partner of Jifeline Networks is easy. The main steps you need to take are organisational:
- Make sure your best diagnostic specialists have their own central location.
- The specialists from your diagnostic centre are then provided with the Jifeline infrastructure. This consists of a 'local interface' with associated personalised dashboard.
- The mechanics in the member companies are provided with a 'remote interface'; a Jifeline device that is connected to the vehicle via the OBD2 plug.
After the mechanic uses the remote interface to create a ticket, the specialist can take over the vehicle. The specialist remotely connects the required diagnostic device to his local interface and coding/programming can begin.
Through the network, you can
- Perform diagnosis, coding or programming on vehicles with an OBDII connector
- Support your own customers or collaborate with another Jifeline partner to support their customers.
- Request support from another partner if you cannot (or do not want to) perform a certain service yourself
- Remote work on vehicles across Europe - via a secure, stable network
- Using different log files to get a better understanding of the actual encodings
- Using automated functions via programming scripts to help your customers very cost-efficiently
What do you need?
To use our network, hardware is required. On the garagist's side, this is the so-called 'remote', and at the remote helpdesk it is the local server. The local servers are available in different versions, so there is a suitable solution for every partner:
- Local-1 server housing: Easy to move to work from home or another office.
- Local-4 server housing: Suitable for on a desk, with the ability to work on 4 vehicles simultaneously.
- Local-10 server housing (19-Inch Rack): This allows you to place diagnostic tools in your server room and start working remotely.
The starter package includes a personalised dashboard including a Local Server Housing with at least one Local Module. This allows you to make a secure connection to the other part of the infrastructure, the 'remote interface'. Both these components allow you to access the vehicle networks.
Get access to a wide range of tools and knowledge
With more than 150 international partners, Jifeline Networks is a truly global network. Partners benefit from each other's expertise and can easily exchange diagnostic and programming assignments through the Jifeline platform. This international character ensures that partners have access to a wide range of knowledge and tools, regardless of their own location or resources.
Work with other partners
A unique feature is the ability to outsource tickets to other Jifeline partners. Sometimes there are problems for which your own diagnostic specialists do not have the solution. Then it's nice to know that you can call on Jifeline Networks' dozens of other partners. There is always one with the right specialism to solve the problem for you through the network. Of course, you decide which partners you will or will not work with.
Automated services
Jifeline develops in-house scripts that make common and complex programming much faster. For example, learning towbars and keys for certain car models becomes a matter of seconds.
