We are happy to share important news with you. From 5 January 2026, the Jifeline Network infrastructure will officially support trucks. This will allow you and your team to handle truck diagnostic tickets directly from your existing dashboard.
After a decade of market leadership in remote diagnostics for 12V passenger cars, Jifeline Networks is now bringing its expertise to trucks. This development opens up new opportunities for remote diagnostics and enables seamless monitoring and maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles.
Our truck solution allows partners to perform remote diagnostics on a wide range of major truck brands, including MAN, Mercedes Trucks, DAF, IVECO Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks. New brands are constantly being added. Together, these brands cover most of the truck market and provide direct access to most leading manufacturers.
Both our J-ReX and J-TaB units are fully compatible with truck systems, while truck tickets can be handled in all our existing operator portals. This ensures a smooth and efficient rollout of truck services.
