What will you do?

You will be working as Product Owner for one of our development teams within the Product Development department. It is important to us that you have a good understanding of our organisation's objectives, and translate the objectives into a product vision for your team. You don't get distracted and make sure everyone stays focused. And if the direction changes? Then you clearly indicate the impact of this on the roadmap. You are actively involved in the entire agile development process (from refinement to deployment) and make a direct contribution to shaping our innovative projects.

You will work in a dynamic environment with a team of creative thinkers and technical colleagues. You will contribute to a platform that supports thousands of vehicles a week, so in this role you have the chance to make a real impact.

The development team you will supervise as Product Owner is the Vehicle Communications team. This team develops the ‘digital extension cord’ that makes vehicle repair and maintenance more efficient. Through this technology, it is possible to perform diagnostic, coding and programming work on a vehicle remotely. Vehicle Communications' technical teams are a mix of medior/senior engineers with embedded C/C++ and Java/AWS cloud backgrounds.

The Vehicle Communications Team is the heart of our product and plays a crucial role in our future plans. We strive for continuous innovation in which the use of smart data solutions will play an increasing role. The automotive experts who use the system daily in practice can also be found in-house for clear and quick feedback.
