We would like to inform you about Jifeline Networks' modified opening hours during the Christmas and New Year period:
- Wednesday 24 December 2025: Closed from 15:00 CET.
- Thursday 25 December 2025: Closed
- Friday 26 December 2025: Closed
- Wednesday 31 December 2025: Closed from 15:00 CET.
- Thursday 1 January 2026: Closed
During these closing times, outsourcing to Jifeline Remote Diagnostics is not possible due to the absence of operators. Automated programming functions remain available as they do not require operator support. Our helpdesk is also unavailable during these times.
Note: Hardware orders will not be shipped from 31 December to 2 January. Orders placed during this period will be shipped from 5 January.
