Jifeline is a young, fast-growing company shaking up the international automotive world with a unique, innovative technology that allows diagnostic technicians to remotely access vehicles via the internet. Dealerships and garages are relieved without the vehicle having to leave the workshop. In addition, Jifeline already has more than 100 partners worldwide providing the same service using the Jifeline infrastructure.
The organisation is developing rapidly and to further professionalise it, we are looking for a:
What will you do?
As a Technical Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our national and international customers via phone, email and chat;
- You will support customers with questions about our network, dashboard and vehicle connections;
- You will manage various communication channels and make sure that our customers get fast and good technical advice;
- You will record all communication in our ticket and support systems, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up;
- You will help improve our processes and be proactive in sharing information with customers;
- Other supporting administrative work.
Your technical interest and passion for cars allow you to put yourself in our customers' shoes and help them towards the best solution. You enjoy interacting with colleagues and partners and gathering and sharing information. Furthermore, you are friendly and precise and you are aware that you are the business card for our customers and partners.
What do you bring?
- You have an interest in engineering and cars, preferably having done a technical education;
- You are commercially and communicatively strong and always keep an eye on the customer;
- Relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a technical work environment;
- Besides an excellent command of the Dutch language, you have a good command of the English language, both oral and written;
- Proficiency in German is a plus;
- You are organised and take a structured approach;
- You are proficient with common computer programmes;
- MBO-4 thinking/working level;
- You are preferably available full-time, 32-36 hours is negotiable.
